课题组简介
研究内容:
我们发展和应用光学成像、神经调控、遗传学标记与神经环路示踪等最新的方法精确地研究情感及其相关的精神类疾病的重要科学问题。实验室拥有国际领先且全面的光学成像仪器(双光子显微镜、梯度折射透镜、光纤光度测量)和技术手段,同时也将结合单细胞测序,质谱技术等前沿的分子生物学手段,深入研究以下重要的神经科学问题:1. 应激/ 压力的神经机制;2. 神经精神药理的环路机制;3. 神经与精神疾病治疗的新策略。我们的研究将有助于重要的精神疾病比如抑郁症、焦虑症的治疗。
研究成果展示
重要成果: (1)全身麻醉剂引起意识丧失的皮层机制研究。揭示了在意识丧失期间皮层兴奋抑制性网络被中断,并表明抑制性网络在维持意识中起着至关重要的作用。此外,该研究为了解全身麻醉的机理提供了新的见解。此研究成果2021年发表于EBiomedicine。 (2)揭示了前额叶ATP信号转导在痛觉中的作用。此研究成果2021年发表于iScience。 (3)鉴定并证明了一条对适应性免疫具有增强功能的脑-脾神经轴,提示了适度的应激有利于增强免疫力,开辟了神经免疫学的新方向。相关工作2020年发表于Nature。(同期Nature配以News&Views进行报道和点评;Nature Reviews Neuroscience以Research Highlight进行报道和点评) (4)首次发现右美托咪定激活了腹侧被盖区(VTA)多巴胺(DA)神经元,从而导致右美托咪定易被唤醒的神经药理学机制。此研究成果2020年发表在Anesthesiology (5)发现了腹侧苍白球谷氨酸能神经元在显著性加工中的功能,此研究成果2020年发表在Science Bulletin (6)发现了痒觉信息在中脑奖赏中心的信息处理模式,此研究成果2019年发表在Neuron。(Faculty 1000点评) (7)发现了室旁核的CRH神经元整合了压力和奖赏的信息。此研究成果2019年发表于Current Biology。(Nature Reviews Neuroscience以Research Highlight进行报道和点评) (8)我们通过光电极记录的方法(Optetrode recording),在清醒小鼠中系统地研究嗅觉皮层不同类型神经元的编码机制。此研究成果2017年发表于Cerebral Cortex。
